1. How do I buy your service?

You will need to register an account with us, check out our Products page, choose your desired subscription plan and signup via Paypal secured payment gateway.

2. What kind of payment method is accepted?

We only accept Paypal Subscription at the moment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Can I get a free trial?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any free trial.

4. Can I share my account with others?

No. You may not share your account with others. Single login is allowed to any one of our listed servers at a time.

5. Will there be any hidden costs or limitations?

No. We do not throttle your speed and you are allowed to use all you need.

6. What is your refund policy?

In short, we do not provide any refund. But you are welcome to discuss any issue with us.

7. What is VPN?

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) establishes an encrypted tunnel betwee your computer and the VPN Gateway on the Internet. It works in the way that as if your computer is connected directly to the Internet but with the connected VPN Gateway's IP instead. This is to protect your identity and also to bypass ISP filterings.

8. How does VPN work?

An encrypted tunnel is established between your computer and our VPN gateway. All the traffic is securely encrypted and not readable by third party. Not only that your online activities are anonymized, your real IP address is also being masked, hence protect your true identity on the Internet.

9. What VPN protocols, platforms and devices are supported?

We support PPTP, L2TP/IPsec and OpenVPN protocols on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. Smart phones and tablets running on iOS, Andriod and Windows Mobile are also supported. Please check out our Setup Guides to find out the list of supported platforms and devices.

10. How many VPN gateways do you currently have and where are they located?

We will keep adding new servers as and when needed. Please check out our Server List for more information.

11. I am from a country that censors the Internet. Can you service help to bypass those restrictions?

Yes, definitely. And in fact, VPNrocks encrypts all your traffic and will not any trace of your online activities.

12. Will VPNrocks work on all sorts of Internet Connection?

Yes, it should. It works on xSDL, Cable, Wifi, 3G, Public Hotspots, and etc. However it is recommended to connect over broadband connection for best performance.

13. Will VPN slow down my computer or Internet connection?

No, in most cases you will not notice any difference.

14. Can VPN speed up my Internet connection?

It depends, users do report the VPN bypasses their ISP's throttles and hence allow them to utilize the full potential of their Internet connection.

15. Do all users surf under the same IP address? Can I get a dedicated IP address?

Yes, all users will be surfing under the same IP address of the VPN gateway connected to. The private IP address is dynamically assigned to users, and we do not keep users' logs at all, therefore there is no way anyone could associate any online activity with any user.

We currently do not provide dedicated IP address.

16. Are you a VPN reseller?

No! We deploy and maintain all the servers ourselves to ensure highest quality possible.

17. Can your VPN gateways accept connection other than the ports being configured?

Unfortunately we do not alter the ports we have configured without good reason.

18. How can I trust VPNrocks?

We do not keep logs on users' activities at all.
